With regard to our schedule of fees and charging system, Vassiliou, Spagadoros & Associates normally applies standard hourly rate. We normally bill our clients, on a monthly basis for the hours spent during the previous month based on their request for legal services. Our monthly invoice includes a detailed explanatory note of tasks performed as well as incurred costs.
With the standard rate, the Client is not invoiced unless the Client requests legal services during a given calendar month. With clients having a relevant volume of legal services during a given calendar month, we may agree to invoice based on a fixed monthly retainer fee, which covers a specific agreed number of hours per month and any extra hours are billed at our standard rate. With this scheme, the retainer fee shall be due by the client, independently from the use of the minimal allocated monthly hours. However, as our aim is to adapt to client financial needs, our fee structure is flexible and therefore we would welcome suggestions from our clients with regard to alternative fee structures. We normally review our standard fees on a yearly basis. However, for clients with which we have a long term agreement we may agree to keep the fee unchanged for a longer period. The responsible partner shall assist you and your company with regard to legal matters you may require in Greece.
Τhe required legal services shall be rendered personally by the responsible partner and/or by other attorneys of Vassiliou, Spagadoros & Associates.
